Booked revenue vs. target, month by month

Membership fees and subscription fees booked each month, compared against the monthly pace needed to hit the annual goal. Source: SugarCRM, live — pulled directly from the "New Business Revenue by Month" report (Opportunity Sales Pipeline = New Business Development). Reflects closed/booked revenue only, not invoiced-but-unpaid amounts.

Quarterly targets

Target vs. actual by quarter

Actuals: live from Sugar. Targets: from the original spreadsheet — no equivalent found in Sugar yet.
Historical

Comparison across cycles

The comparison tabs in the original spreadsheet have year labels lagged by one cycle (a copy-forward artifact from prior years) — so the three points below use relative labels rather than specific calendar years.
Special targets

Aquarium & biobanking programs

Pipeline

Open invoices

New or rejoining members with an invoice issued and not yet paid. Source: original spreadsheet — waiting on confirmation of an equivalent open-pipeline report in Sugar.

New business booked

Every individual line item behind the "New Business Revenue by Month" report, booked in 2026. Source: SugarCRM, live. Note: Sugar's pipeline classification doesn't preserve the new-vs-rejoining split the spreadsheet used to track manually — all of this is grouped as "New Business" here.

What's live from Sugar vs. what's still the spreadsheet

Revenue actuals, monthly trend, product breakdown, quarterly actuals, and the new-business log are now 100% live from Sugar — pulled directly from the "New Business Revenue by Month" report (Opportunity Sales Pipeline = "New Business Development"), via the REST API v11_27 on species360.sugarondemand.com, authenticated through an already-logged-in browser session. No spreadsheet data is used for these figures anymore.

Why the total looks a little lower than before: Sugar's report reflects closed/booked revenue lines. The spreadsheet's old totals also included a couple of invoices that were issued but not yet paid (e.g. Alipore Zoological Garden, Tierpark Biel — together about $3,183 of the roughly $3,695 gap found during validation). That's not a data error — it's a stricter, cleaner definition of "booked" revenue.
Still from the spreadsheet (no confirmed Sugar equivalent yet): the annual/quarterly $ targets, the Aquarium & Biobanking program tracking, and the open/unpaid invoices pipeline. These three are called out with their own source note in each section above.
One distinction lost in the move to Sugar: the spreadsheet used to manually tag each transaction "NEW" vs. "REJOINING." Sugar's Sales Pipeline groups both under "New Business Development" without preserving that split — so the log below can't currently tell them apart the way the spreadsheet did.

How this refreshes: there's no scheduled sync yet — these numbers were pulled live during this session, through an authenticated browser, the same way every time. Ask for a refresh whenever you want current figures.
